Fabrice Lamego

Fabrice Lamego, originally from Guadeloupe F.W.I, has studied dance since the age of 14. In 1997 Fabrice moved to New York, and subsequently got a job with Elisa Monte Dance Co. where he was first introduced to Pilates. Since then he has used Pilates to be a better and stronger dancer, and to better understand his body and prevent injuries. Fabrice is Polestar Pilates Certified. fabrice_lamego_split
