This 3- day course will teach a model for enhancing any form of communication through a combination of theory and practical exercises based on the discipline of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
In dealing with clients, colleagues, suppliers, friends, family, and in fact all areas of life, the ability to communicate effectively is of paramount importance. Each of us has preferences for how we like to be communicated with and good communicators know how to recognize these preferences and adapt themselves accordingly.
You will learn how to:
- Develop a flexible model for communicating.
- Have deep levels of connection with individuals and groups.
- Create positive states in people
- Use language and non- verbal communication to get your message across
- Become more congruent
- Deal with and prevent objections
The course is focused towards educators, therapists and trainers but has applications for anyone.
