Studio Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
Although we try to be compassionate, we are really strict about this one
You may cancel a class: 12 hours before the class start time through Web Scheduler or over the phone (during normal business hours) without penalty. Do not leave after hour messages.
After 12 hours before the class start time you may call up to 1 hour before the class start time and pay a $10 fee to have your class reinstated to your account for future use. The Late Class Cancel option must be chosen and purchased online from the retail screen, and then you must call us at so that we can manually remove you from the class.
If we are not called, the class will be lost and we will refund the $10 fee. Should you have any difficulty with this process, please call our studio for assistance.
If you call within an hour of the class start time, or simply do not show up, we’re sorry but the class will forfeit.
