Hope things are great with you! I found this amazing Pilates Studio where the teachers are certified and the prices affordable. They have classes all day long and on weekends too. It's not a regular mat class. In these classes you use the reformer, to "reform" your body for an hour-long aerobic workout. I thought you might be interested in these Pilates classes, so I'm forwarding a link to their TV commercial and website.
Can you believe it? I get free classes just for spreading the word, so please use my name when you register. They have a convenient email system to keep track of referrals. Fill out a really short form and a confirmation email is sent back to you. Their prices are reasonable, but it's always nice to get a few FREE CLASSES.
