Your First Few Days Are Crucial
The FREE Introductory Class orients all clients in the safe operation of the reformers used in our group classes and introduces our new clients to the order and choreography of the exercises. We also chronicle a bit of the rich history of Joseph H. Pilates and the Pilates Method in addition to discussing reasonable expectations and participation goals. Finally we go through an abridged class.
After the FREE Introductory Class we will give all the participants a half price coupon. We welcome you to take a FULL Level One Class at half price. This coupon will allow full client access to the Web Scheduler. The coupon offer is valid for ten days from the date of the FREE Introductory Class. The ten day time limit is to ensure that what was learned in the FREE Introductory Class is reinforced during the following class.
Our Studio Policies will be reviewed. This is also the only time we personally go over the Studio Policies and provide answers prior to any purchases. We adhere strictly to our studio policies thus hearing them early on will prevent a lot of angst afterwards.
